Boston Consulting Group (BCG) wanted to host a summer rooftop event that helped their internal team take a meaningful break from screens and day-to-day stress.

The aim was to create a casual, inclusive space where employees from different departments could connect, recharge, and build relationships—outside the boardroom, through nature.
