Christmas

Of course! We’re so excited to see our Leafage boxes landing on doorsteps this Christmas.

If you’re after one of our DIY Terrarium Kits, just order as usual and make sure you pop the recipient's name and address into the “delivery details” section at checkout. Our orders don’t contain any receipts with pricing information. Alternatively, you can have the order delivered straight to you for gifting on the 25th December.

We also have Gift Vouchers which are sent via email, so you can schedule your preferred date and we’ll send it straight to the recipient. Not a bad email to receive on Christmas Day!

To make gifting as simple as possible this year, you can pre-order now and select for your DIY Terrarium Kit to be received by Friday 18th December.

Any orders placed after 3pm on Monday 21st December will be shipped w/c 11th January 2021.

Gift Vouchers are sent via email, so you can schedule your preferred date and we’ll send it straight to the recipient. Not a bad email to receive on Christmas Day!

We‘ve worked really hard to ensure the plants stay fresh for as long as possible which is why they are received inside biodegradable clear bags. This would keep them hydrated during delivery and for as long as they are left in the bags.

We highly recommend unboxing the kit when it reaches you. Make sure to get the plants out of the box as plants do need light to thrive.

If somehow your plants look wilting, don’t panic! Simply thoroughly water the plant and let the water drain out. Keep your plants away from direct sunlight.


Absolutely! Simply add your personalised message at checkout and we’ll include this in your delivery.

We hope the recipient will be happy with their product but if it is not quite right, or has been received damaged, then we would love to fix this for them. Please contact kay@weareleafage.com to arrange a return.

Virtual Workshops & Private Bookings

We want to make sure your team building workshop fits your needs, and in this case time is on your side. On average our workshops last for 1 hour. Our classes are suitable for an evening session afterwork or can be the perfect lunch and learn break. A little time away to clear your mind before diving into your work schedules.

Our team at Leafage wants to give you your perfect workshop - from the overall theme, down to the minor details. We can cater directly to your choice of time, plant type, theme and more. We aim to deliver all bespoke classes to make your terrarium visions a reality.

Our usual turnaround time for the virtual workshop is around 3-weeks. If you need a workshop quicker than this, or you’d like to pre-book an event for the future, we’d love to hear from you!

Online orders (DIY Kits, Plants, Tools)

Please allow for 5 - 7 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) for your order to arrive. You will receive a notification as soon as your order is with the courier.

Due to the pandemic, the couriers in your area may be a little busier than usual so allow time for delays. If you’re having trouble receiving your parcel, please content kay@weareleafage.com to launch an investigation.

We sure do! You can purchase a gift voucher online to be redeemed across any IRL Workshop, Online Workshop or our Online Store too. Gift Vouchers expire 12 months from the date of purchase.
