Refund policy
Due to the perishable nature of the goods that we stock online, we do not offer refunds.
If your item has arrived in an unsellable condition (damaged etc), we will be able to offer you a like-for-like replacement. In this instance, we would not require you to return the item back to us unless requested, so please do not send damaged products back without getting in touch, as we are not liable to refund any returns postage costs you may incur.
To complete your return for an exchange of a faulty item, we require proof of purchase. Please get in touch with us at hello@weareleafage.com with order details and images. Once your return has been inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement. If you are approved, your replacement item will be processed and sent out within a set number of days.
Please note that the returns policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a replacement.
