The Brief
As part of Schroders’ internal Wellbeing Day, the company launched a new wellbeing app to promote proactive mental health across the organisation.
To bring the digital experience to life, Schroders curated a series of in-person activations designed to encourage screen breaks, wellbeing, and self-care.
The Leafage terrarium workshop was one of the most popular activities, selected through employee voting—joining a line-up that included puppy therapy and massage chairs.
The goal: to offer a calming, hands-on experience that felt personal, memorable, and truly restorative.
