Lead time of two weeks or more is ideal. Christmas dates book up by October, so the earlier the better.

• Secure your date with a 50% non-refundable deposit for events booked more than 30 days in advance.
• The remaining 50% is due 30 days before your event.
• Full payment is required upfront for bookings within 30 days of the event.
• Payment by BACS or card. Invoices are sent from workshops@weareleafage.com.

If you need to make any changes - guest numbers, delivery address, timings - please let us know at least 21 days before your event.

• We will do our best to accommodate changes and ensure your event still feels seamless. We cannot guarantee changes with less than 21 days' notice.
• Changes made within 21 days of the event will incur a £250 + VAT Management Fee.
• Cancellations: the 50% deposit is non-refundable. Full cancellation policy is included in your quote.

Workshop materials will be delivered 3 working days before your event to avoid last-minute delays. Please let us know if this timing is not possible.

• Your Leafage host arrives 1 hour early for groups of fewer than 20 guests.
• Your Leafage host arrives 1.5 hours early for groups of 20 or more guests, to set up the space properly.
• Materials are sent to the address you submit. Incomplete or incorrect addresses may incur additional delivery costs if delivery is unsuccessful.

In the case of unforeseen circumstances - train strikes, severe weather, venue closures - rescheduling may be possible, subject to availability and at our Planner's discretion. We will always work with you to find a workable new date wherever possible.

Every Leafage corporate quote is bespoke and includes:

• All materials, plants, tools and table covers delivered to your venue.
• Your dedicated Leafage host for the day - set up, host, pack down.
• Transport and private event fees.
• VAT clearly itemised.

Workshops start from £60 per person. Final pricing depends on group size, format, location and any branded materials.
