Where do you run corporate workshops?
We run corporate workshops in two formats:
In-person across London, at your office, our partner venues, or any London venue of your choice.
Virtually on Zoom or Microsoft Teams for teams based outside London. We post a full Leafage DIY terrarium kit to each colleague's UK office or home in advance, then host the build live with one of our team. Ideal for distributed UK teams, satellite offices and all-hands sessions.
What's included in a Leafage corporate workshop?
Every Leafage corporate workshop is all-inclusive. The quoted price per person covers all materials (glass vessel, plants, moss, soil, charcoal, tools), a friendly Leafage host on site or on Zoom, delivery to your London or UK venue 24 to 48 hours before, on-site set up and pack down, transport and private event fees, and a take-home living terrarium for every colleague. No hidden fees.
How much does a Leafage corporate workshop cost?
Corporate workshops start from £60 per person. Your tailored quote will include all materials, host, delivery, on-site set up and pack down, transport, and private event fees - everything in one price, no hidden costs.
Final pricing depends on group size, kit choice, format (in-person or virtual) and venue. Tell us about your team in the quote form below and we will come back within one working day with an exact price.
What group sizes do you run?
We host corporate workshops from 10 to 200+ people. Smaller groups are typically one host per 25 people, larger events scale up with multiple hosts. Hybrid format (in-person London + remote colleagues on Zoom) available - ask us for a quote.
Lead time, payment and cancellation
Two weeks' lead time or more is ideal. Christmas dates book up by October, so the earlier the better.
- More than 30 days out: 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your date, remaining 50% due 30 days before the event.
- Within 30 days: full payment is required upfront to confirm the booking.
- Payable by BACS or card.
- Free changes up to 21 days before the event. Changes within 21 days incur a £250 + VAT Management Fee.

How do virtual workshops work for teams outside London?
For teams outside London, we host the workshop live on Zoom or Microsoft Teams. We post a Leafage DIY terrarium kit to each colleague in advance, anywhere in the UK (2 to 3 working days).
Each kit arrives in a smart Leafage box with everything needed for the session, so colleagues simply unbox, join the call, and build along with our friendly host.
We currently deliver kits within the UK only.
Can we just order DIY kits without a hosted workshop?
Absolutely. If your team would prefer to skip the host and run things themselves, you can order Leafage DIY terrarium kits direct from our shop.
No event fees, no transport charges, no private event fees - just our standard kit prices and standard UK shipping (free over £50). Perfect for small teams, new-starter gifts, or wellbeing care packages.
