The brief: something hands-on, screen-free, inclusive of every personality type, and meaningful enough to spark real conversation between colleagues who do not always work together day-to-day.

Can you run a workshop for a consulting or professional services team?
Yes - consulting, law, finance and professional services teams are some of our most-booked clients. We tailor the format and the brief to a high-energy, time-pressured environment: concise hosting, smart pacing, no faff. Conversation flows naturally around the tables - perfect for cross-team mixing.
How many people can you host at one BCG-style team social?
Our standard cap is around 60 attendees per host, scaling up with multiple Leafage hosts for larger groups. For BCG-style team socials we typically run 30-60 colleagues in one sitting, or split into back-to-back sessions across an afternoon.
Can we host it in our own office?
Absolutely - most BCG-style sessions run in-office. We bring all materials, plants, tools and table covers. You provide tables, chairs and a power socket. Set up, run, pack down - your facilities team will not know we were there.
What do attendees take home?
Every attendee builds and takes home their own living terrarium. Tropical (closed jungle), desert (open succulent), or seasonal formats are available. Each one comes with simple care instructions and is built from pet-safe plants, UK-sourced materials and recyclable packaging.
