Payment Terms

  • Secure your date with a 50% non-refundable deposit for events booked more than 30 days in advance.
  • The remaining payment is due 30 days before your event.
  • Full payment is required upfront for bookings within 30 days of the event.

Event Changes Policy

  • Please notify us of any changes or special requests as soon as you can at least 21 days before your event.
  • We'll do our best to accommodate your needs and make your event memorable.
  • Changes made within 21 days will incur a £150+VAT late fee.
  • In the case of unforeseen circumstances like train strikes, rescheduling is possible based on availability and our Planner's discretion.
  • We will send the workshop materials to the submitted address. Incomplete addresses or unit numbers will incur additional delivery costs if the delivery is unsuccessful


Workshop Delivery & Arrival Instructions

  • Workshop materials will be delivered 3 working days before the event to avoid last-minute delays. Please let us know if this timing is not possible.
  • When you receive the items, please unbox and ensure that live plants are visible for freshness.
  • On the day, the Leafage host will arrive either 1 hour early (for up to 50 guests) or 1.5 hours early (for 50 guests or more) to transform the space.
